Called and within an hour Caleb arrived. Diagnosed and fixed my issue within an hour. Thoroughly impressed with this company again, as this was not our first time to use them and it will not be our last. This should be your first call if you need HVAC services!

First off best prices in Zanesville area but Caleb, who came to do a pre season tuneup on my AC took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything he was doing.He also let me know of a service where he comes back in the fall to inspect the heating before winter,together these are a great deal and saved me even more money. Highly recommend Smith Heating and Cooling

I called on Monday ... desperate to have someone look at my furnace since it wasn't working. Caleb came Monday afternoon. By Thursday, I has a new furnace and heat pump. They were courteous, respectful, explained everything to me, and explained what I need to do to keep it running well in the future. I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone!

Aaron and his helper just completed their work and Iam totally pleased with the work. I left another company and Smith Heating and Cooling was the BEST choice that I could have made. They do GREAT work and are reasonable and they are very well versed in all aspects of their trade. They are the best. I will use Smith Heating and Cooling for all my work and would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Guys and GREAT work!

Will NOT use anyone else! Aaron at Smith Heating & Cooling knows exactly what he is doing, very knowledgeable about our unit. Very prompt & I really like the text messages informing me when he is on the way over. Couldnt ask for a nicer guy

I had 5 local companies give me estimates. These guys were exceptional from the minute they arrived. They offered a good quality unit at a great price. Then offered a discount by way of the online coupon. And they have a great financing offer for 0% interest. Install was scheduled for less than a week away and only took about a day to complete. Furnace and air conditioner, complete system, I am impressed. These guys take their job seriously and provide top notch service. 100% recommend them.

Smith Heating and Cooling installed a new AC unit for us. They came to give the estimate exactly when they said they were going to. They were able to come back and do the installation just a few days later. The owner and the installers were extremely knowledgeable and polite. They were timely and did a fantastic job. Smith Heating and Cooling came out to my house and installed a New 80% Furnace and 2-ton AC. The installers were very knowledgeable and very professional. They did a fantastic job with the install and cleaned up after themselves when they were completed. After the install, the installers walked us through how to maintain the system and how frequently we need to change the filters. I would definitely recommend Smith Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family.

Central air went out around 2pm 5/24/2021.Called Smith Heating and Cooling and they said they would be here between 4pm and 6pm. Scott was here at 5:40pm. It was a minor repair and he had it running in 20 minutes. Excellent service, very professional and reasonable price.

On August 11th 2020 I had a new furnace installed in my home by Smith's Heating and Cooling from Zanesville Ohio.The 2 young men that came to do the job left a lasting impression on me.From the moment that got here to the moment they left they were very efficient workers.They kept me informed of everything they were doing along the way.They were very polite and very respectful of my home.They did an awesome job.So if you ever need any Heating or Cooling work done I highly recommend Smiths Heating and Cooling to get the job done right.The two young mens names that came are Caleb and Dakota.Just want to say thank you and I am very happy with your work.
